Description
External routine of the Housing Policy Act (LPH) contributioncalculation function, in accordance with current legislation.
The general process consists in applying the company and employeecontribution percentages, to the assessment bases, checking:
Age limits for LPH charging, depending on gender.
Maximum contribution amount established.

Precondition
You must maintain the constants in tables T511K and T511P, concernedwith the LPH contributions calculation process.

Output
Amount of the company LPH contribution.
Amount of the employee LPH contribution.
