Title
HR-NZ: Payroll Exception Report

Purpose
This report generates a list of employees who:

  • Have incomplete or missing IR number

  • Were rejected during payroll run

  • Were terminated during pay period

  • Have a duplicate IR number. This occurs when an IR number is issued to
  • more than one employee.
    • Have received tax refund in case of advance payment. This means that
    • the system has reported Taxation Refund wage type (RFND) as paidout.
      • Is hired after July 2007, and has not contributed to one of the
      • following:
        Kiwisaver
        Complying

        Features

        Selection
        On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources ->Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> New Zealand ->
        Subsequent activities -> Per payroll period ->Lists/statistics -> Payroll reports -> PayrollException Report.
        The Payroll Exception Report selection screen appears.
        In the Payroll period section, enter the period for which youwant to execute the report.
        In the Selection section, enter the employee selection criteria.
        To execute the report, select Program -> Execute.
        HR - NZ: Payroll Exception Report output screen appears. On thisscreen, the report displays a list of employees for whom the abovementioned information is relevant.
