Absences Rebooking Report

Purpose
This report opens and saves the Absences Infotype (2001) recordsin order to transfer the leave entitlement/deduction to the relevantAbsences Quotas Infotype (2006) record.
The original Payroll Status Infotype (0003) record is copied andthen restored after the batch processing is completed, to avoidretrospective accounting when running the next payroll.

Input

• Personnel number

Allows you to restrict selections based on this field.

• Neglect employees terminated before

Allows you to leave out those employees from the batch update, who havebeen terminated before this date. If there are multiple terminationsfor an employee, then the latest termination date is taken intoconsideration.

• Quota type

Determines which annual leave absence is valid for the batch update.

• Simulation mode

Allows you to have a test run without updating the Absences Quotas
Infotype (2006).

Output
In case of a simulation run, the summarised log screen appears, whichdisplays one of the following states:


• Simulation successful


• Successful simulation with warning


• Simulation failed


• No absence to be rebooked

In case of an update run, the summarised log screen appears, whichdisplays one of the following states:

• Successful updation


• Successful updation with warning


• Updation failed


• No absence to be rebooked

In case of both, a simulation run and update run, you can

• Select the Error List button (Shift + F1), which appears second
from the right on the application tool bar, to check the details of theerror or the warning.

• Select the Detail Log button on the application tool bar to view
the details of the absences that have been rebooked. These detailsinclude Quota number, Total no. of hours and Olddeduction for the employees. In case of an update run, you can alsoview the New deduction. To go back to the summarised logscreen from the detail log screen, select the Summarised logbutton. Do not select the Back button.
