Gratuity List (HINCGRY0)

Purpose
This is a non-statutory report, run on a monthly basis for the purposeof listing the gratuity details of all employees' who contribute to aparticular gratuity trust.

Features
After the payroll has been run for your employees, the report reads thepayroll data from the payroll results and prints the employee'sgratuity contribution details. This is printed without any updates tothe database as it is used for the employer's reference.

Selection
You can restrict the employees selected by entering individual or arange of :

• Payroll period


• Personnel number


• Payroll Area

You must also enter the following information:

• Gratuity Trust Id, to display the employees belonging to that trust.

Output
The system generates a list with the employees number, name andgratuity countribution amount.
A list of errors, if any.
