Pension Fund Reporting (HINCEPN1)

Purpose
This report displays detailed Pension Fund contribution information onthe employers contributions to the trust.
The data can be filtered according to user-defined search criteria andgrouped into key data that is displayed in the following reports:

  • Form 7(PS) and Form 7(EPF), provides the details of the employer's
  • statement of contribution for every employee
    • Form 8(PS) and Form 8(EPF), provides consolidated details of employers
    • contributions in the fiscal year
      These reports are submitted by the employer, to the Exempted Trust inthe statutory format.

      Prerequisites

      • Run the payroll for your employees and have payroll results

      • Maintain the Provident Fund Contribution Infotype (0587)
      • Features
        You can trigger two separate reports from within this report:

        Form 8(PS) and Form 8(EPF) for Pension Scheme
        These report summarizes the list of all employees and the correspondingemployer's contributions to their pension fund in the fiscal year.
        The system displays the following key data:

        • Employee's name and number

        • Employee's pension number

        • Pension basis

        • Employer Pension Contribution
        • Form 7(PS) and Form 7(EPF) for Pension Scheme
          These report displays the employer's monthly contribution details foreach employee with the amounts contributed to the pension fund. The dateof commencement of membership for the pension fund is also displayed.
          The system displays the following key data:

          • Employee's name and number

          • Employee's pension fund number

          • Pension basis

          • Employer's pension contribution

          • The default display lists those empoyees who have only one accountnumber in the pension fund mentioned in the selection screen. In case anemployee has more than one account number for the same pension fund, thedetails of those employess can be seen by clicking the AmbiguousCases button.

            Selection

            • The Pension Trust ID, Financial year and the Report name for which the
            • report is to be generated
              • The Trust ID to specify the localized branch of the trust where the
              • contribution is made

                Output
                The report displays the employees basic details and the based on yourselections, the following Forms:

                • Form 7(PS) and Form 7(EPF)

                • Form 8(PS) and Form 8(EPF)

                • If the forms are getting displayed properly or if the output is notaligned then chek the output device used for the printer in transasctionspad. Device type post2 is suitable for these forms.

                  Activities
                  Choose Human resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> India ->Subsequent Activities -> Annual -> Legal Reports -> Pension -> AnnualPension Reports.
                  Enter the selection criteria, Trust Id and the Financial year
                  in the respective fields.
                  Select the report to be run in the Report name field.
                  In case you do not use the standard layout, click the CustomerLayout button, which enables you to enter an existing customizedlayout form name.
                  Choose Program -> Execute.
