Precondition
The main Irish payroll program, HIECALC0 calls the PRSI driver,HIECNCLA as defined in table T596F. A new driver may be created if, forexample the method of calculating PRSI changed fundamentally from oneyear to the next. The entry for HIECNCLA in T596F would be delimitedand new entry created for the new tax year.
