Purpose
This report is used to generate MPF contribution medium file.

Prerequisites

  • Payroll results are available. You should run this report after each
    • payroll run.
    • Maintain feature 27PFC

      • Features

      Activities

      • According to requirement in 'Electronic provision of mpf data to HSBC
        • v2.4', the class for the Employee has voluntary MPF contribution ismandatory.
        However, due to the possible difference among company policies, theemployer might have varied definition of class.
        Therefore, SAP provide a user exit (PC270012) for the customersto give their own class. To perform this, you go to IMG for PayrollHong Kong, choose Contribution Plan -> Media Reporting ->User Exit for Voluntary Contribution Class in HSBCMedia Report.
        • This report will generate the media file automatically, with its name
          • depends on the employer ID code defined in feature 27PFC.
