MPF Contribution Medium Report for Bank of Bermuda

Purpose
You use this report to generate MPF contribution media file(s) in thepredefined format, as required by Bank of Bermuda.

Prerequisites

  • Payroll results are available. You run this report after each payroll
    • run.
    • Define feature 27PFB

      • to configure special areas that are required by the Bermuda format.
      • Enter infotype 0346. This report processes only the MPF type of
        • contribution plan.

        Features

        • It is possible to check details of MPF contributions for selected
          • employees before downloading.
          • This report generates the media file in the predefined format as
            • required.
            • The filename for this media transfer is generated automatically.

            • The report converts the Unicode string to an encoded byte stream in the
              • target code page when the current system is a Unicode system.
              Note
              To display the output results correctly in the media file, theCodepage field is added to the selection screen because theremight be Chinese characters in the employee's enrollment data, whichshould be converted according to the codepage.
              The default code page is set to 8300 -Traditional Chinese (Big5,based on MS CP950).
