&PURPOSE&
Use this report to delete existing records of database tablesT7FIOIX and T7FIOIX_DIR for the selected PersonnelNumber(s).
The system allows deletion of records, only if the entered calendarperiod:

• Is older than six months from current date


• Does not exceed the current date

Note
If you select Personnel Number(s), the system deletes records foronly the selected Personnel Number(s), else the report deletesrecords for all employees.

The system displays a status message informing if the record deletionfrom database tables T7FIOIX and T7FIOIX_DIR wassuccessful or not.

Activities


• Enter the employee number and the calendar period.


• To execute the report, select Program -> Execute
