Purpose
This report generates the EK salary enquiry for white collar monthlyemployees in all industry types. The report includes the OctoberStatistics details that you submit to the authorities who may requirethe same.
The report provides payroll specific information depending on the wagetypes that you assign to cumulation wage types inStatistics for WhiteCollar Monthly Employees subapplication (STWC).
The system filters the result by Employee ID, Employee Group
, Personnel Area or Payroll Area, according to thevalues you select in the selection screen of this report.

Prerequisites

• You must maintain the following infotype records:

Actions (0000)
Organisational assignment ( 0001)
Personal data ( 0002)
Planned working time (0007)
Basic pay (0008)
Contract elements (0016)
Finnish tax information (0205)
Statistics (0033)

• The payroll results relevant to statistics periods must be available.


• You must assign the relevant wage types to cumulation wage types in a
subapplication (Finnish statistics) STWC and customize them correctly.For more information see view cluster Statutory subapplications
( VC_T596A).

Activities
From SAP Easy Access menu, select Payroll Finland ->Subsequent activities -> Annual -> Lists/Statistics-> White Collar Monthly Statistics. You can also access thereport through transaction PC00_M44_STWC.
White Collar Monthly Statistics Report selection screen appears.On this screen:,,
In the Selection section, enter the employee selection criteria.
In the Statistics period selection section:
Enter the Statistical month and the year for which you want to run thereport in Reporting Month-Year field.
Enter the period(s) for which you want the system to display the yearlypayroll results for the selected employees.
In the Statistics ID selection section:
Enter the Statistics ID.
Enter the date type. Depending on the date type you maintain here, thesystem retrieves the date maintained in Date Specificationsinfotype (0041) to calculate the Seniority in years.
In the ALV output selection section:
Select the Finnish(EK) text field if you want the system todisplay the ALV with Finnish data field names.
Select the Other text field if you want the system to display theALV as per your logon language.
In the Other Parameters section, two indicators Create temsefile and Create text file are available. By default Createtemse file indicator is selected. When selecting the Create textfile, the system saves the txt file in the pathC:\Test.txt, which is displayed on the selection screen.
Note
In case, you execute the report in background, for text file, you haveto change the default path and give the path of the user directorypresent on the application server along with the file name. For example,\tmp\background.txt
To execute the report, select Program -> Execute.
The White collar Monthly Statistics Report output screen appears. On theoutput screen, the report displays the statistical information of theselected employees for the selected statistical month and year.
