SAP Program HARCAF02 - Average difference for family allowances

Description
This report recalculates the value of the basis for calculating theaverage value for family allowance payments (Wage type /223 Cumulationfor calculating family allowance).
In this way, a new average for family allowance is calculated. It isstored in the Extra Payment infotype (0015) through a wage type enteredin the selection screen.
Besides the standard selection options you can also enter the followinginformation in the selection screen:
Half-year corresponding to the average: Enter the nunber of thehalf-year period for which you want to calculate the new average.
Payroll start date: Start date of the first payroll period that wascalculated using the standard SAP R/3 system payroll.
List/Generate: You can use the values in this field to choose whether toissue a list with details of the values and the results by employee, orwhether to generate, through batch input, a wage type containing the newaverage. The batch input would save the wage type in the AdditionalPayments infotype (0015).
Wage type for new average: Enter the wage type in which the value of thenew calculated average will be stored.
Wage type to be deducted: Enter the wage type that contains thecorrection to be applied and corresponds to the months not calculatedusing the standard SAP R/3 system payroll.

Precondition
Before you can save this wage type in the Additional Payments infotype(0015), you must ensure that the control record status for the relevantpayroll period is set to "Released for Correction".
This is necessary in order for the system to maintain the data in thisinfotype.
We advice you to run this report as a check mechanism for a group of atleast 10 employees with payment differences in relation to the previouscumulation.

Output
The control list generated by this report contains, for each employee:
Cumulated amounts for each payroll process, included when calculatingthe average.
The cumulated correction amounts (Wage type MFAS).
The value of new average (Wage type MFA0).
