Description
The report GETSYSDEF determines the system setting and displays it on
the screen.
The system setting influences the flow of several processes in the R/3
System.
If the system is set as a Manufacturing System then some
SAP Retail processes are not permitted. For example no Retail articles
can be created in such a system.
If the system is set as an SAP Retail System then some Manufacturing
processes are not permitted. For example no manufacturing materials can
be created in an SAP Retail System.
Transactions belonging to the application component PP are also locked,with the exception of planning and requirements planning transactions.
