Purpose
You use this report to transfer a reference site assignment directly toSAP F&R to perform replenishment tasks.

Prerequisites
Interface data is transmitted using an RFC connection from SAP ERP toSAP F&R; you must maintain the RFC destination being used underCustomizing.
For more information about maintaining basic settings for data transfer,see Customizing for Integration with Other SAP Components underForecasting and Replenishment -> Maintain Basic Settings for DataTransfer.

Activities
Make the following selections to transfer a reference site assignment toSAP F&R:

• Enter the site or reference site that you want to transfer to SAP F

R.

• Select the Sites to Reference Site radio button if you want to
transfer site assignments to a reference site
Or,
Select the Reference Site to Site radio button if you want totransfer a reference site assignment to a subordinated site.

• Select the Filter over customized sites checkbox if you want to
use this filter.
If you select the Filter over customized sites checkbox, only thesites saved in the Customizing setting under Forecasting andReplenishment -> Define High Level Filter for Sites are consideredfor the MARC selection.

• Enter the destination system if you want to access SAP F&R
directly.

• Enter the desired parallel processing options.
