Purpose
This program allows you to delete cases and cancel workflows. When you d
elete a case, the corresponding workflow is canceled automatically.
We recommend that you first cancel workflows and then delete the cases.

Selection

• Object Type (required entry field) - Entry: Usually O (organizational un

it)

• Object ID (required entry field) - Entry: ID of the object (for example,

org unit ID)

• Evaluation Path (required entry field) - Entries such as:

MC_M0ST - Selects all cases for the selected organizational unit
MC_M0STR - Selects all cases for the selected org units and for the subo
rdinate org units
MC_OM2M3 - Selects all cases for the controls of the selected org unit (
object types M2, M3)
MC_OM1MP - Selects all cases for the processes of the selected org unit(object type M1)

• Case Key (optional)

If you select a case using a case key, the entries referred to above are
ignored.

• Case Attributes (optional)

You can use attributes to restrict the cases.

• Timeframe (optional)

Only the cases of the timeframe entered are selected.

Activity
After the program has been executed, the system displays all cases and w
orkflows corresponding to your selection. Select the ones that you wantto delete and choose Delete.
You can then use the program Clear Scheduling
to delete the corresponding scheduling as well.
