Parameter description
As of release 4.0, this value must end with 8 '+' characters. It canalso end with 15 '+' characters (important for NT as there is noupper/lower case in file names). In earlier releases the name could endwith anything but must have at least 7 '+' characters after the finaldirectory separator.
