Parameter rdisp/TRACE_PATTERN_0 Short text Search Pattern for Trace Loggingrdisp/TRACE_PATTERN defined a search pattern to automatically switchoff the SAP trace. This parameter is only effective, if tracelogging has been activated with rdisp/TRACE_LOGGING>. In thiscase, the trace files are searched for the search pattern beforebeing automatically reset. If it is found, trace logging isdeactivated, and the trace level is set to the value 1. Thefollowing trace files are considered in the search:
- all work process trace files dev_w*
- Dispatcher trace file dev_disp
- Gateway trace file dev_rd
- ICM trace file (if it exists) dev_icm
- Message Server trace file (if it exists) dev_ms
The trace file can contain the special character * for any characterstring and ? for any character. You can use the \ character tocancel the special character; that is, the characters have themeaning of a normal character. Please note: for better readability,the search pattern has been placed in quotation marks, however whenyou are defining a search pattern with transaction RZ11 or inprofiles, you must specify them without quotation marks.
