This parameter reduces the "asynchronous phase".

Parameter description
In particular error situations, it is important that the notification ofthe process status switch (such as RUNNING -> WAITING) only occurs ifthe process has completed all of its activities. In short, the higherthe parameter value, the shorter the "asynchronous phase". The value 0means that the old behavior is active in the kernel.
