Send CPIC security calls

Parameter description
The parameter determines if the CPIC security calls (CMSCSP, CMSCSU...)are called. The setting of the parameter is dependent on the securitysettings on the host.
CAUTION
If the host connection realised using UPIC, security calls are notpermitted. (Parameter value must be 0) This parameter is only used bygateway work processes.
