Switch off automatic authorization check

Parameter description
You can use this parameter to deactivate the automatic authorizationcheck for certain ABAP/4 language elements (file operations, CPIC calls,and kernel function calls). This parameter is required to ensure thatthe R/3 kernel is downwards compatible. The allowed values are 0 (checkremains active) and 1 (check is deactivated).
