Default expiration time for ICM cache entries

Parameter description
This parameter sets the default expiry time for ICM cache entries inseconds. After the expiry time of an entry expires (expiry time iscalculated from the entry in the cache), the entry is marked as invalidand can thus be overwritten by new entries.
CAUTION
This is a just default value. Usually, the expiry time for every cacheentry is set individually by the relevant HTTP request handler (seedocumentation for the HTTP framework ICF).
