High water mark for the ITS kernel plugin

Parameter description
This parameter sets the permitted level of EG memory consumption if theintegrated ITS creates a session or instantiates an HTML template. Ifthe EG memory has already reached this level before the operation, theoperation is rejected. The reason for this check is to prevent theintegrated ITS from using the entire EG memory and leaving no reservefor the system. If messages appear in the system log indicating thatmemory is exhausted, increase the size of the EG memory. See also theparameter: em/global_area_MB
