HTTPonly attribute is active for all ICF cookies

HTTPonly attribute is inactive for ICF logon cookie

HTTPonly attribute is inactive for ICF cookies other than the ICF logoncookie
3 =
HTTPonly attribute is inactive for all ICF cookies
