Supply a choice between fast and safe touching.

Parameter description
Touches can be accelerated by not locking a source before updating itstime stamp. The risk is that in rare cases outdated time stamps can bewritten to a source and/or its load. As a consequence, a load in the PXAbuffer will appear newer than the source, which is not the case. Theload will appear to be valid and generated from the source.

Parameter not being set means safe touching instead of fast, that is, ithas the same effect as "off".
