Summary :
SAP Note details issues where Profit Center (PRCTR) or Partner Profit Center (PPRCTR) incorrectly derives during transfer postings with MB1B, MIGO, or deliveries from release 470 onwards. Specifically, Profit Center determination during transfer postings depends on material valuation (WERTU = X). For BSX postings, the system assigns the material master’s Profit Center if the BSX account is not a cost element. For valuated special stock, Profit Center assignment follows the related special stock details (see note 530578 for further information). For GBB postings, if the account is a cost element in controlling, the Profit Center of the CO object is used; otherwise, manual input determines Profit Center, falling back on the material master's Profit Center if unspecified. The logic also applies to business areas (GSBER and PARGB). Correction implementation is advised in solution section.
