This SAP Note addresses an issue with prolonged execution times when extracting marketing attributes from CRM to BW using the datasource 0CRM_MKTATTR_ATTR. The problem is linked to the delta procedure (still E) leading to excessive extraction due to large change pointer table sizes, potentially causing runtime errors or job failures. The extraction design sends deletion records before actual attribute data, which are processed by the ODS as such. To resolve the issue, implementation of provided corrections is recommended to enhance performance and avoid unnecessary attribute extractions.
