For installation or updates to Adobe LiveCycle Designer 7.1, compatibility with specific SAP NetWeaver versions and SAP GUI patch levels is required. Adobe LiveCycle Designer 7.1 is supported on SAP NetWeaver '04 SPS 18 or higher, NetWeaver 7.0 SPS 5 or later, and NetWeaver CE 7.1 SP00 or higher. Developers using AS ABAP must have SAP GUI 620 at patch level 56 or above, SAP GUI 640 at patch level 12 or above, or any patch level of SAP GUI 710. Download Adobe LiveCycle Designer 7.1 from the SAP Service Marketplace, uninstall previous versions, and follow the respective uninstallation procedures based on your installation type (either through the Designer installer, SAP GUI, or SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio). The installation file, 'SapAldSetup.exe', should be executed after extraction for installing the new version.
