Summary :
This SAP Note addresses a specific issue encountered in the SAP Oil & Gas industry extension, pertaining to materials with HPM/TDP functionality. When SAP Oil & Gas customers post a goods receipt with movement type 107 for valuated blocked stock, using either MB01 or MIGO, a short dump occurs. This issue is confined to materials enabled for HPM/TDP and does not affect other materials. The solution implemented involves an added check that raises error message OB 407 for problematic postings, preventing the dump. This fix is included in service pack 05, with preliminary implementation steps provided for earlier adoption.
