Summary :
The SAP Note highlights an issue in Report Writer where executing a report group triggers a runtime error, specifically COLLECT_OVERFLOW_TYPE_P or BCD_FIELD_OVERFLOW. This is due to the system's limitation on the number size it can process. Initially, up to Release 2.0, numbers could be only 15 places long, including decimal places. However, from Release 2.1 onwards, numbers up to 17 places are supported. The solution involves modifying the data element MATRIXCELL by defining a new domain with data type DEC and an appropriate field length and assigning it to MATRIXCELL.
