Summary :
The RSAOLTP package currently has a limitation which prevents extension, thus disallowing the implementation of corrections via Transaction SNOTE. This limitation stems from a program error. To rectify this issue, alter the RSAOLTP package settings in Transaction SE80 to deactivate the "Package cannot be extended" blocker. Alternatively, import Support Package 07 for SAP NetWeaver 2004s BI (SAPKW70007), as detailed in SAP Note 0872279. Successful importation of this patch can resolve the issue by allowing package modifications necessary for the corrections. Note the potential preliminary state of details until the official release.
