Errors like ORA-27091 and ORA-27072 may occur with the use of INIT.ORA parameter `filesystemio_options = setall` and incorrect mount options for ReiserFS. To resolve, users should either amend the default mount option of ReiserFS to include `-o notail` or adjust the `FILESYSTEMIO_OPTIONS` Oracle parameter to NONE for standard I/O or ASYNCH for improved asynchronous I/O performance.
