Summary :
When distributing capital investment program positions to measures, error message BP101 may be generated prompting users to check the error log. This log often includes BS013 errors indicating active system status for certain measures, which are consequently locked for input. These measures are, by system design, restricted from further budgeting because they have already processed or closed. Consequently, rerunning the 'Check' function may show no errors or unrelated errors as the system no longer budgets the previously closed measures.
