After upgrading from CRM 3.0 - 4.0 to CRM 5.0, error code R11 123 may appear, prompting to "Enter at least one number for the business partner" when business partners are populated via middleware. This is due to updates in the data exchange framework detailed further in Note 757955. To resolve, modify configurations within Transaction CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU by deleting or deactivating specified entries. New rows necessary post-upgrade will automate, whereas existing entries will need manual adjustments. Follow additional guidelines in Note 757955 if custom modules are affected.
