SAP Note 885798 - COGI: Inconsistency between collective and single records

Component : Backflushing -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/885798 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
This SAP Note addresses an inconsistency issue in repetitive manufacturing postprocessing records when using Transaction COGI. Changes to individual postprocessing records do not synchronize with collective records displayed in Transactions MF47 or MD04, detectable via the ZINCON_REPROC report. Causes include modifications in storage locations or batch attributes in COGI, leading to discrepancies upon saving or navigating through records. Manual quantity splits or batch determinations can also trigger inconsistencies. Resolution necessitates program corrections that ensure original records are properly refetched from the database to align individual and collective entries comprehensively.
