SAP Note 877444 - FAGL_GINS: Deleting customer fields in new general ledger

Component : General Ledger Accounting -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/877444 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
In SAP Transaction FAGL_GINS, an issue allows deletion of customer fields from tables already transported, which should normally be restricted. This deletion scenario occurs despite entries in T800D remaining undeleted if a table is empty and hasn't been transported. The root cause is identified as a programming error. To resolve, SAP users must apply the provided corrections and adjust the message texts concerning message 703 in GH class via SE91, ensuring comprehensive constraints against improper deletions that can lead to significant systemic issues upon transport to other environments, particularly in production.
