Summary :
When attempting to delete or reject a sales order item with assembly in SAP, issues arise if the assembly order cannot be flagged for deletion due to uncleared balances. This results in the continuation of the assembly order processing despite the deletion of the sales order item, similarly affecting networks. The problem is rooted in a program error and occurs during manual deletions. To address this, a solution has been provided where the system will postpone item deletion/rejection until a deletion flag can be assigned to the production order. SAP users are instructed to implement an advance correction and generate a specific message through Transaction SE91 for detailed tracking and correction prompts.
