When running SAP settlement transactions (KO88, CJ88, KO8G, CJ8G, CO88) with the "Check trans. data" indicator selected, the system may erroneously generate error messages due to an oversight in the F1 help documentation. This omission concerns scenarios where both periodic and full distribution rules have been applied to the same cost origins but only the periodic rule was used in the final settlement. The transaction data check does not process these cases efficiently, compromising the intended benefit of the functionality. Solutions include refining object selection in KO8G and updating the F1 help by inserting missing documentation, enhancing error message management through the Schedule Manager.
