Summary :
When attempting to delete or change a partner in SAP, error messages such as AM-010 or AM-891 from Business Address Services may occur despite the lack of active relationships. This issue stems from remnants in table BUT052 associating the partner as PARTNER1 or PARTNER2, with a corresponding address number persisting in the ADCP table linked through APPL_KEY. To resolve, employ the correction script Z_OSSNOTE_842768, starting in test mode to identify and correct inconsistencies. If unresolved, refer to a similar script in Note 846390. This is due to a program error leaving lingering entries in BUT052 and ADRVP.
