Summary :
Upon selecting the "Messages" button in the query monitor (Transaction RSRT), users may encounter termination with the "ERROR_DP exception condition triggered" error. This occurs due to a programming error in the RRI1 function group and affects only UNICODE systems. A resolution is provided through the import of specific Support Packages for various BW versions. For BW 3.0B, Support Package 27 (SAPKW30B27) is recommended; for BW 3.10 Content, Package 21 (SAPKW31021); and for BW 3.50, Package 13 (SAPKW35013). Details on these updates can be found in corresponding SAP Notes which should be reviewed pre-importation. Correction instructions are available for urgent scenarios.
