Summary :
This SAP Note addresses the automatic generation of RFC connections and related user profiles in SAP Solution Manager (SMSY). The process creates three specific background users (READ_USER, TMW_USER, BACK_USER) each designated for distinct system interactions like read access, change management, and service messages. Upgrades or support packages can overwrite existing roles/profiles without notice. To manage authorizations, modify the S_RFC authorization object values within the profiles. Notably, the composite role SAP_SM_BPMO_COMP for business process monitoring has been introduced. Guidance is provided on copying profiles to appropriate clients and adjusting role-specific functions following ST-PI updates.
