To resolve this, users should not regenerate SyncBOs or reset the replication database. Instead, they should apply WebAS 6.40 ABA Support Package 12 or higher, or implement the correction through Note Assistant if using Support Package 9 to 11. For versions below Package 9, upgrading to at least Support Package 9 is recommended.
