SAP Note 817939 - IDoc: IDocs remain in status 75

Component : Integration Technology ALE -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/817939 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
SAP IDocs intended for immediate queue processing sometimes remain in status 75 instead of being processed. The underlying cause is the limited server resources available within the selected server group when utilizing qRFC for IDoc transmission. The resolution includes confirming the need for queuing and ensuring sufficient resources are available. Tools to manage and troubleshoot this include transactions OYEA for server group specification and WEINBQUEUE for queue display and processing. Additionally, reports RSEINBQUEUE_PARTNER and RSEINBQUEUE help automate processing of these IDocs. Implement any corrections via the Note Assistant or relevant Support Package to prevent lock conflicts.
