Summary :
HTTP plugin sessions in SAPSYS user's client 000 are not timing out despite exceeding the specified timeout parameters of rdisp/plugin_auto_logout and r/received_gui_auto_logout, leading to a full consumption of available terminal connections. This condition arises because the sessions fall into a status that the current timeout settings do not affect. To address this situation, a kernel patch has been prescribed as the solution. The patch updates will rectify the session handling logic. Until the patch is deployed, administrators must manually clear these sessions using transaction SM04. Patch number 640:62is pertinent for this resolution.
