Commands like LIST/DBSPACESET, LIST/REQUEST, and LIST/VSET work correctly, but LIST/req=*/user=* shows no change. The 'ps -ef | grep oncatlgr' command runs once, and 'onstat -d | grep 1' shows limited free pages in ROOTDBS. The root cause is insufficient space in ROOTDBS, rectifiable by extending ROOTDBS as outlined in Note 13142 and Note 43191.
