Summary :
Sales orders with multi-level bills of material and billing plans may experience issues where billing items consolidate multiple billing plan dates into one billing document, resulting in incorrectly determined higher-level item numbers. This issue stems from a program error and is addressed in SAP Release 3.1I. For earlier releases (up to 3.1G), implementation of Related Note 67760 is required before applying the solution outlined in this note. An advance correction is also suggested for Release 3.1H.
