Summary :
When importing a transport request, R3trans exits with an assertion error in SAP R3 Release 3.1G. This is identified by error codes TP195 and RC14. The error is due to a program issue with R3trans triggered during client and Customizing transports. SAP has released a 3.1G patch to address this, also resolving issues mentioned in SAP Note 76956. Patches can be found as per SAP Note 194ko.
