Summary :
When an SAP contract is copied, the net price (EKPO-NET accounting field) of the reference does not match the current validity period price, which alters if originally zero due to absence in the gross price database. Additionally maintained conditions for the present period receive a deletion marker in the new contract if the adapted net price differs. The anomaly stems from SAP's use of the reference net price as manually entered when inconsistent with the autocalculated net price from the current interval via RV_COND_TO_COND_COPY, allowing duplication of this incorrect price into the new document. Solution includes routine updates via RM06ENP; ensuring reference gross price is non-zero; and manually setting conditions as required.
