Summary :
SAP Note identifies a technical issue in R/3 Enterprise v4.70 where switching to catalogs via the OCI interface from maintenance/service orders leads to communication failures between the HTML control display and the MS Internet Explorer dialog boxes due to different processing environments. This results from technical limitations of HTML control with Internet Explorer. Current solution options include avoiding dialog box transmission through organizational adjustments or vendor cooperation, or using SAP GUI for WINDOWS (WEBGUI) which doesn't face this issue due to unified processing under 'IEXPLORE.EXE.'
