When executing background actions in Transaction SPPFP (RSPPFPROCESS) and encountering a short dump (CX_OS_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND), the fault occurs in either CL_METHODCALL_PPF or CL_WORKFLOW_PPF due to failure in retrieving the Custom Container via GET_CUSTCONT. Cause identifies the event handler as not deregistered. Implementation via Note Assistant or importing the relevant Support Package is recommended for corrections.
