Summary :
After implementing SAP Note 654768, users attempting to check out a document from the CAD desktop without a stored original will encounter an error message. This issue is addressed by introducing the parameter CDESK_VERS_W_ORIG_II, allowing the suppression of this message to facilitate the checkout of assemblies including standard materials. Default setting for this parameter is blank; setting it to 'X' within transaction CDESK_CUS activates this functionality. Note: Manual adjustments via SE32 are required to fully implement the note, including adding text symbol 055 to allow checking out documents lacking originals.
