Summary :
Following an upgrade from SEM3.1B or SEM3.2 to SEM3.5 or higher, adjustments to graphics via the BSC GUI Customizing (TA UMB_CUST) can lead to a system crash, indicated by the runtime error OS_COMMIT_TOP_FAILED during save operations. This error arises due to a change in the data model for SEM-CPM graphics starting from Release SEM3.5. To resolve this issue, it's necessary to convert the graphics using program UMC_UPGRADE_GRAPHICS_TO_SEM35 through transaction SE38. This corrective action will adapt the existing graphical configurations to be compatible with the updated data model in SEM3.5 and above.
